SP Holidays: A New Zealand-based inbound tour operator providing travel products and services to international clients.
Client (or Traveller): A The person(s) purchasing and participating in the trip.
Departure Date: The date the Client departs their home country to begin the trip in New Zealand.
Agent: A third party booking travel services with SP Holidays on behalf of the Client.
Supplier: Third-party service providers engaged by SP Holidays, including but not limited to hotels, attractions, transport providers, and restaurants.
Services: The travel-related services provided to the Client in New Zealand.
Quote: A pricing proposal prepared by SP Holidays for the Agent or Client.
Booking: Confirmation of services as per the Quote.
Itinerary: A detailed travel plan provided to the Client outlining confirmed services.
FIT (Free Independent Traveller): A booking for 1–9 individuals.
Group: A booking for 10 or more travellers.
Tour Series: A pre-scheduled group departure with fixed dates and itineraries.
All booking requests must be submitted in writing with the full names of all travellers and arrival date into New Zealand. Bookings are not confirmed until a written confirmation is issued by SP Holidays.
International and domestic flights are not included unless explicitly mentioned.
SP Holidays reserves the right to issue a stop-sale notice for any tour series departure.

By SP Holidays or Suppliers Cancellations may occur due to non-payment, force majeure, or Supplier unavailability. In such cases, SP Holidays will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives, subject to availability.

Supplier cancellation fees (if applicable) are additional and will be passed on. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to reservations@ppholidays.co.nz during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm NZT).
Cancellations received outside business hours or on New Zealand public holidays will be deemed as received on the next working day.
No refund will be provided if the Client fails to carry the correct travel documentation.
SP Holidays is not responsible for missed services due to transport delays.
No refund for unused services or early departure by the Client.
